Barry Usher

Barry Usher is a versatile woodwind performer and educator. As an active performer, Barry has been privileged to work with many great musicians and organizations including George Mitchell (bass player for Joe Henderson), Phil Nimmons, Rob McConnell, Duncan Hopkins, David Braid, Josh Groban, Orchestra London Canada, the Stratford Festival, Drayton Entertainment Theatres, and the Grand Theatre, London. As an experienced studio musician, Barry’s sound can be heard on a variety of recordings. Currently, Barry teaches saxophone in the music faculty at the University of Western Ontario.
